Day 4 - St. Omer to Koblenz via Nurburgring

First proper day of driving and challenges. The first challenge required getting a fuel receipt as close to 1 Euro as possible. We found a roadside garage with a guy who dummied up some receipts, as long as he got a photo with Sam. The car is running hot, we think because the radiator is pants, so we carry a couple of litres of water which we need to put in a couple of times a day.

The rest of the day was spent getting to Nurburgring (which was wet). The car picked up a misfire underneath 3000 rpm, but above that it was fine, so we purchased a couple of laps and Sam did her first lap around the famous racetrack and then we pulled in to change drivers so I could do a lap. The lap never happened. Sean and Tish, who are doing the rally with us, have the prestige of saying that they caused the Nurburgring to be closed for the rest of the day following their crash. They're not hurt, and the car has some slight damage and they're continuing in a rental. All this means is that I have to come back again to do my lap.
